Where does the photoshoot take place? Do you have a studio?

All sessions take place in my private studio in Lafayette, Indiana. I've created a comfortable, intimate space where you can relax and feel absolutely amazing.

Is the photographer a female or a male?

I'm Rachel, and I'm the photographer behind Bohemian Nights! As a woman-owned business, I understand firsthand how vulnerable boudoir can feel—I've done 10 boudoir sessions myself, including after having my baby. I get it, and I'm here to make you feel incredible every step of the way.

What does the process of booking a shoot look like?

It's super simple! Fill out the contact form on my website, and I'll be in touch to schedule a call with you. We'll chat about your vision, go over outfit ideas, and answer any questions you have. From there, we'll schedule your session date and get you all set up for your pre-session consultation, where we'll finalize all the details!

What will a boudoir session cost?

Our boudoir packages start at $700, which includes:

* Professional Hair & Makeup
* Outfit Changes (No Limit)
* 10 Digital Images

Every package includes a private photography session, professional hair and makeup, access to our client closet, and expert coaching on posing and facial expressions. We also offer à la carte options if you'd like to add additional images, album spreads, or custom wall art to your package!

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, but I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. Reach out and let's see what we can make work!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, of course! I want everyone to have this experience. So this is always an option!

Will my photos be used on your website or social media?

Your privacy is guaranteed—your photos are YOURS, handled with the utmost discretion. I will never share your images without your explicit permission. If you love your photos and want to share them with the world, that's totally your call, but there's zero pressure!

What should I wear or bring to my session?

Bring whatever makes YOU feel amazing! This could be lingerie, a cozy sweater, business professional attire, jeans and a plain tee, or even a full suit. We can talk more about your vision and I can help with ideas and make outfit suggestions. Don't stress too much—you'll also have access to my client closet if you'd like more options!

Do you have a client closet I can use?

Yes! I have a client closet available with various pieces you can use during your session. It's there for you to explore and find pieces that make you feel incredible.

Is hair and makeup included with the shoot?

Yes! Professional hair and makeup by our amazing glam squad is included with all boudoir sessions. This helps you relax and prepare for what's to come—plus, who doesn't love being pampered? For male boudoir sessions, most don't opt for the glam squad, but the option is absolutely available if you'd like!

Do I have to get fully undressed?

Absolutely not! Sessions can be as spicy or as PG as you're comfortable with. We'll discuss your comfort level during your pre-session consultation so everyone is prepared. You're in complete control of what you wear and how much you reveal—this experience is ALL about YOU.

I'm self-conscious about my body. Is boudoir right for me?

YES! Let me say this loud and clear: You do not need to lose weight. You do not need to get into shape. You do not need to be a model. YOU JUST NEED TO BE YOU.

I know thoughts like "I'm not in good enough shape" or "Maybe once I lose a few pounds" can creep in. Don't let fear or doubts stop you from truly feeling amazing. Boudoir photography embraces authenticity and celebrates the beauty of imperfections—because you ARE beautiful, exactly as you are right now. When you see your images, you'll be thankful you did this!

What if I've never modeled before? Will you guide me through poses?

Not a model? No problem! I guide you through every single pose to showcase your best self. You don't need any experience—I'll be there directing you every step of the way. My job is to make you look and feel incredible, and I promise you'll walk away thinking "Holy Shit! I'm so hot!"

Can my husband or significant other be there with me during the shoot?

I totally understand wanting that support! I typically prefer to keep sessions one-on-one to help you relax and get into your zone. For couples’ boudoir sessions, you're obviously both there, and it's an amazing experience to share together!
